Global Steel Company W.L.L. is a supplier of industrial piping materials serving the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, Water, EPC, and Infrastructure sectors across Kuwait. We specialize in Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Nickel Alloy, and specialty piping products.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sales Representative to develop business opportunities within Kuwait's industrial market. The ideal candidate should possess strong relationships with EPC contractors, end users, and industrial clients including KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, PIC, EQUATE, and other major organizations.

The successful candidate must understand industrial piping materials and be capable of managing the complete sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to securing purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with EPC contractors, industrial contractors, and end users.
• Maintain and expand relationships with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, PIC, EQUATE, and other Oil & Gas companies.
• Promote and sell industrial piping products including:
• Carbon Steel Pipes
• Stainless Steel Pipes
• Alloy Steel Pipes
• Duplex & Super Duplex
• Nickel Alloys
• Pipe Fittings
• Flanges
• Valves (preferred)
• Identify project opportunities through market intelligence and customer engagement.
• Visit customer offices and project sites regularly.
• Generate enquiries and prepare commercial offers in coordination with the sales support team.
• Follow up quotations until order closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms while maintaining company profitability.
• Build long-term relationships with procurement, engineering, maintenance, and project teams.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, exhibitions, and customer visits.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial sales experience in Kuwait.
• Proven experience selling industrial piping materials.
• Existing network with EPC contractors and Oil & Gas end users.
• Strong understanding of ASTM, ASME, API, MSS, and piping specifications.
• Ability to read Piping Material Specifications (PMS), Material Requisitions (MR), and Bill of Materials (BOM) is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
