As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction.

As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for:

Reviewing procedures for assembly, disassembly, and test verification accuracy Configuring test stations and systems
Analyzing and interpreting data from environmental tests, and troubleshooting equipment problems
Assisting in the set-up of experiments and the recordings of experimental data in collaboration with Engineering and Reliability groups
Testing and evaluating the performance and, if required, repairing general purpose test equipment
Providing leadership/coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence
Working in compliance with HS&E policies and procedures

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a 3-year technical diploma or associate degree in the electrical/Mechanical field or higher
Have 2-7 years of related experience in electro-mechanical function
High level of knowledge in the maintenance of electronics
Have advanced skills in soldering and assembling of electro-mechanical devices
Have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints and parts lists
Be proficient in the use of measurement and gauging equipment and processes
Be proficient in the use of multimeters, megohmmeters, hi-pot testers and other basic instruments
Have strong written and oral English skills
