Full job description

The Cashier is responsible for managing all payment transactions at RAMR Group Co.'s outlets with speed, accuracy, and professionalism — ensuring every guest's final interaction with the brand is seamless, efficient, and positive. This role operates the point-of-sale system, processes cash and card payments, issues receipts, manages the cash float, and reconciles the till at the end of each shift.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of cashiering, POS operation, or customer-facing experience in a retail, F&B, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience operating a modern POS system (Toast, Lightspeed, Oracle MICROS, or similar) is strongly preferred.
