POSITION: Senior Site Engineer (Civil)
COMPANY ADDRESS: Sulaibiya, Industrial Zone 2

SALARY: KWD 1,450 per month

Fertigombau Engineering is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Site Engineer (Civil) to oversee construction activities and ensure project execution meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
  • Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Monitor site progress and prepare regular reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Manage site resources, materials, and workforce effectively
  • Identify and resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct inspections and ensure proper documentation of work progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in civil construction, with strong site supervision experience
  • Proven experience handling large-scale construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
