The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, increasing company revenue, and expanding market presence. The role involves strategic planning, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Prepare and submit business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and business development reports.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to promote the company’s services.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare regular business development performance reports for management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of business development and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: KD500.000 per month
