Business Development Manager – (Defense & Commercial)

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development professional to provide procurement, MRO supplies, manpower, project support, logistics, accommodation, travel, and facility support services to Government, Defense, Oil & Gas and Commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities with Government, Defense, Oil & Gas and Commercial clients
• Build and maintain relationships with procurement departments, project managers and decision makers.
• Identify upcoming tenders, RFQs and procurement opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings and company presentations.
• Coordinate with the internal procurement and proposal teams to prepare competitive quotations.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
• Work closely with management to develop growth strategies.

Requirements

• Must be residing in Kuwait.
• Valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18 preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience in Kuwait and/or GCC.
• Existing network within Government, Oil & Gas, EPC, Defense or Industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following:

• U.S. Government or defense contractors
• KOC, KNPC or similar organizations
• Construction, MEP, industrial supplies or procurement
• Leasing Services (Vehicle & Apartments)

Pay: KD600.000 - KD1,200.000 per month

Experience:
