Role Overview

Srinivaasa Online is seeking an E-learning Developer to join our team in Hawally. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of interactive digital learning modules. You will translate complex educational content into engaging, high-integrity digital experiences, ensuring that our technical delivery meets the highest standards of instructional design.

Core Responsibilities

  • Module Development: Design and develop interactive e-learning content using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create clean, non-cluttered layouts.
  • System Integration: Upload and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS), ensuring seamless functionality and tracking for all users.
  • Technical Logic: Create unique logic patterns for educational modules to ensure high-quality delivery and prevent generic, automated outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of all digital assets to ensure cross-platform compatibility and a smooth user experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Professional Background: Proven experience in web development or digital content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing professional-grade imagery and clean UI design.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: A C2 level of English is mandatory for content development and coordinating with international educational stakeholders.
  • Communication: You will be expected to use Loom to record "Development Logic Briefs," providing visual walkthroughs of module structures and technical workflows for the management team.
