A reputed F& B Company is looking for Service Crew staff to join their operations.

The Service Crew member is a versatile frontline professional responsible for maintaining the operational flow and aesthetic standards of the F&B service and outlets. Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor, this role ensures that customer-facing areas are pristine, organized, and fully functional. Whether assisting with order assembly in an F&B context or managing the customer lounge in a service center, the Service Crew member acts as an essential support pillar, reducing wait-time friction and upholding the company's reputation for hospitality and cleanliness.

Role & Responsibilities

• Service Area Readiness: Ensure the customer lounge, dining area, or service lobby is perfectly arranged and stocked with amenities (napkins, condiments, magazines, or chargers) before the shift begins.
• Order & Service Assistance: In F&B environments, assist in the accurate assembly of orders and delivery to tables; in automotive service contexts, proactively greet customers and guide them to the correct service bay or reception counter.
• Rigorous Facility Hygiene: Execute a continuous cleaning and sanitization schedule for high-traffic common areas, restrooms, and digital touchpoints to maintain premium brand standards.
• Proactive Queue Management: Monitor customer flow during peak periods; assist in directing visitors to available seating or open counters to reduce congestion and perceived wait times.
• Equipment Upkeep: Perform daily cleaning and basic maintenance of front-of-house equipment, such as coffee machines, water dispensers, and self-service digital kiosks, ensuring they are always operational.
• Waste Management: Efficiently clear tables or service stations and manage waste disposal areas to ensure a clutter-free and odor-free environment for guests.
• Stock Replenishment: Monitor and refill front-end inventory (e.g., disposable cutlery, sugar sachets, or brochures) from the store room to ensure uninterrupted service.

Additional benefits- Company provided shared accommodation, transport & Meal on duty will be provided to candidates who are experienced, match the requirements and qualify for the role.

Pay: KD175.000 - KD200.000 per month
