About the Role

Clinics Here is seeking an organized, experienced, and service-oriented Healthcare Practice Administrator to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of our healthcare practice in Kuwait City.

The successful candidate will help ensure the clinic operates efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with applicable healthcare standards. This role involves coordinating administrative activities, supporting healthcare staff, managing patient services, and maintaining effective communication between patients, clinicians, and management.

We are looking for someone who combines strong administrative skills with an understanding of healthcare operations and a commitment to delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily administrative operations of the healthcare practice.
• Coordinate patient appointments, schedules, registrations, and related administrative processes.
• Support physicians, nurses, and other clinical staff with administrative requirements.
• Supervise front-desk and administrative activities to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Maintain accurate patient, staff, and administrative records while protecting confidentiality.
• Monitor clinic supplies, equipment, and general administrative requirements.
• Assist with billing, payments, insurance-related documentation, and financial administration as required.
• Develop and maintain administrative procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
• Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate communication between management, clinical teams, patients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor staff schedules and assist with administrative workforce coordination.
• Prepare administrative reports and provide management with relevant operational information.
• Ensure clinic operations follow applicable healthcare, privacy, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the overall patient experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration, clinic management, medical administration, or a similar role.
• Previous experience working in a clinic, medical center, hospital, or healthcare practice is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare administrative processes and patient-service operations.
• Good understanding of medical records, patient confidentiality, billing, and insurance procedures.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; experience with healthcare or clinic management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate administrative staff effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Kuwait.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) or clinic management software.
• Experience with health insurance claims and/or medical billing in Kuwait.
• Familiarity with Kuwait's healthcare regulatory and administrative environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or practice-management position.
• Professional certification in healthcare administration or practice management is an advantage.
