Role Overview

We are seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Controller to oversee and manage stock levels, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role is vital to maintaining smooth operations, preventing shortages, and supporting the timely distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory management: Monitor, track, and reconcile stock levels across warehouses and distribution points.
  • Stock control: Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Supply coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and forecasts.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical storage and handling standards.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
