Logistics Coordinator | IMCO Engineering & Construction Company W.L.L.

Coordinate the movement of materials and equipment to support major engineering, oil & gas, and construction projects across Kuwait.

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll manage the transportation, delivery, and tracking of construction materials and equipment, ensuring projects stay on schedule while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company and local regulations.

What You'll Do?

Logistics Operations

  • Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to project sites
  • Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues
  • Prepare shipping, customs, and logistics documentation
  • Schedule transport and equipment dispatch

Project Support

  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams
  • Track inventory and material availability
  • Monitor logistics costs and prepare reports
  • Ensure compliance with HSE and Kuwait transport regulations

Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

2–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience

Construction, engineering, or oil & gas experience is preferred

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of logistics and import/export processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP or Oracle is an advantage)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • English proficiency; Arabic is an advantage
