Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile Systems Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, support our team, and oversee our Odoo ERP environment. You will be the go-to person for everything from hardware installations and network troubleshooting to optimizing our ERP workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Support: Provide technical support for all staff (software, OS, and hardware).
  • Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Networking: Manage office connectivity, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi access points.
  • ERP Administration (Odoo): Manage Odoo users, permissions, and basic configurations. Troubleshoot module issues and coordinate with developers if necessary.
  • Security & Maintenance: Ensure regular backups, system updates, and robust cybersecurity protocols across the network.
  • Documentation: Maintain logs of hardware inventory and network configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in System Administration or IT Support.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • ERP Knowledge: Proven experience with Odoo (Configuration, Troubleshooting, or Implementation).
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
