Full job description

  • Implement and monitor project HSE Management Systems.
  • Conduct Hazard Identification (HAZID), Risk Assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
  • Ensure compliance with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, and Kuwait HSE regulations.
  • Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) activities including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Excavation, Lifting Operations, and Electrical Isolation.
  • Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and monthly performance reviews.
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and waste management procedures.
  • Coordinate emergency response drills and crisis management activities.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across the project workforce.

Pay: KD800.000 - KD1,300.000 per hour
