Full job description
- Implement and monitor project HSE Management Systems.
- Conduct Hazard Identification (HAZID), Risk Assessments, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Ensure compliance with KOC, KNPC, KIPIC, and Kuwait HSE regulations.
- Monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) activities including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, Excavation, Lifting Operations, and Electrical Isolation.
- Conduct site safety inspections and audits.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and monthly performance reviews.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental requirements and waste management procedures.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and crisis management activities.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the project workforce.
Pay: KD800.000 - KD1,300.000 per hour
