Kuwait Drilling Company jobs

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the Kuwait Oil & Gas sector. The candidate should have strong knowledge of the local market, especially oil rig and drilling-related companies, and be capable of developing new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with oil rig companies, drilling contractors, EPC
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
• Maintain regular visits to client sites and industrial areas across Kuwait.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 1 - 5 years of business development or sales experience in Kuwait’s Oil & Gas industry.
• Familiarity with oil rig operations and related service companies.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait market and industrial sectors.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Existing client network within Kuwait Oil & Gas sector.
• Experience dealing with KOC, KNPC, EPC contractors, or drilling companies.

Salary: 300 -350KWD + incentives
