Full job description

Responsible for overseeing and managing multiple sales booths, ensuring smooth daily operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining company standards across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the daily operations of assigned booths.
  • Ensure sales targets and KPIs are achieved.
  • Monitor booth staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
  • Visit booths regularly and ensure proper staffing and coverage.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor stock levels, product availability, and booth requirements.
  • Review sales and operational reports and take corrective actions when needed.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Logistics, and other departments.
  • Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions.
  • Support and guide booth staff to improve sales performance.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, retail, or managing multiple locations/booths.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Sales-oriented with strong target achievement skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting.
