Full job description

  • Process employment visas, residency permits, work permits, visa transfers, and residency renewals for employees.
  • Coordinate with government authorities such as the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, Public Authority for Manpower (PAM), Municipality, Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI), and other relevant agencies.
  • Ensure timely renewal of company licenses, commercial registrations, permits, and other statutory documents.
  • Process employee Civil ID applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
  • Handle medical appointments, fingerprint procedures, residency stamping, and other government formalities for new and existing employees.
  • Must have a valid Kuwait Driver's License
  • Bilingual, can speak and understand English and Arabic

Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per month

Work Location: In person
