Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Secretary and Administration role based in Kuwait City. The role involves managing daily office clerical tasks, including filing, document preparation, data entry, and maintaining organized records. The Secretary and Administration team member will handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries, coordinating appointments, meetings, and schedules for company staff and executives. The role includes supporting company secretarial activities, preparing correspondence and reports, assisting with basic customer service tasks, and ensuring smooth office operations. The individual will collaborate closely with management and other departments to maintain professional communication and timely administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong clerical skills, including document management, filing, and accurate data entry.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Candidates should possess experience in company secretarial work, including handling official records, minutes, and documentation.
  • Candidates should possess executive administrative assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Candidates should possess customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and support clients and visitors courteously.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or similar tools) and basic computer literacy.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
