National Medical Consumable Industries (Natmed) is expanding and seeking talented professionals from diverse backgrounds to join our growing team in Kuwait.

Role Summary

Natmed is seeking Sales Officers to grow our Medical & Healthcare Consumables business by developing new customers and strengthening relationships with existing healthcare providers across Kuwait. The successful candidate will work closely with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, distributors, and other healthcare institutions to deliver high-quality medical and healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing customer accounts.
• Build relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical centers, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare providers.
• Promote Natmed's portfolio of medical consumables, healthcare products, hygiene solutions, and related product categories.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on customer enquiries, negotiate sales, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience in medical consumables, medical devices, healthcare products, pharmaceutical distribution, or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer relationship, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.
• Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
