Job Purpose

This position will process, track, and manage all paperwork and transactions required for company such as licenses, permits, PUC, as well as employee related legal processes such as residencies, visas, and civil IDs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process all types of visas including employment and residency visas, and track for extension, cancelation or transfer as applicable.

• Process, track and renew company related permits, Authorized Signatory, and licenses.
• Process and track issuance and cancelation of work permits, government health Insurance, medical test & fingerprint registration, and civil ID issuance and cancelation.
• Process documents and follow up with stakeholders on PUC approvals and renewals for the university staff.
• Coordinate with HR to register/cancel Kuwaiti employees with the Social Security
• Keep up to date with changes or amendments to prevailing laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats, and other procedures and keep the Human Resources Department advised of such changes.

• Obtain quarterly sponsorship reports from the immigration/labor office and tally sponsorships and re-submit to immigration/labor office with relevant support documents.
• Coordinate with HR to complete departure and exit formalities for employees after the cancellation of visas.

Job Requirements

• Diploma plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in an educational institute
• Knowledge in Labor Office and Jawazat and Governmental Regulations
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and policies applied at the university
• Knowledge of Governmental Procedures in issuing licenses and other related documents
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• High attention to detail, flexibility with changing priorities, and strong multi-tasking skills.
• Time Management, Confidentiality, Problem Solving, Follow up skills
