We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager who can take ownership of our operational strategy and service excellence. You aren’t just reviewing schedules or monitoring branch performance; you are defining how our organization delivers efficiency across every customer touchpoint. You will lead a talented team of branch managers, fleet supervisors, and operational specialists, bridging the gap between commercial objectives and daily operational execution. You are the advocate for efficiency, service quality, and process improvement in a room full of department leaders and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Ownership:
Maintain and evolve our operational frameworks. Ensure consistency across branches, customer service standards, fleet utilization, and business performance.

End-to-End Operations Leadership:
Lead the process from branch planning and workforce scheduling to fleet allocation, service delivery, performance monitoring, and operational optimization.

Team Leadership:
Mentor Branch Managers, Fleet Supervisors, and Mid-level Operations Specialists. Conduct operational reviews and provide constructive feedback that elevates team performance.

Performance Analysis:
Don’t just guess. Validate operational decisions with customer feedback, booking trends, fleet utilization data, and financial performance metrics before implementing changes.

Stakeholder Management:
Present operational strategies, service performance updates, and growth initiatives to executive leadership and business partners. You can explain why an operational decision should be made—not just that it improves reports.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
8+ years in Operations, Fleet Management, Transportation Services, or Multi-Branch Business Leadership, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership or mentoring role.

Portfolio:
A strong operational track record is non-negotiable. We want to see measurable improvements in service delivery, process optimization, or business expansion—not just management titles.

Tooling:
You are highly experienced with fleet management systems, ERP platforms, operational dashboards, booking technologies, and business analytics tools.

Language Skills:
English (Professional/Business Fluency) is required for executive communication and operational reporting. Arabic is highly valued for regional team leadership and client engagement.

Mindset:
You are pragmatic. You know when to push for operational perfection and when to move quickly to keep the business moving.
