We’re Hiring | Biomedical Sales Engineer – Kuwait

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Biomedical Sales Engineer to join our growing Biomedical Sales team in Kuwait.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical equipment or healthcare solutions.
• Must be currently based in Kuwait.
• Must have a transferable Kuwait residency.
• Experience in the Kuwait local market is highly preferred.
• Experience dealing with MOH and/or private hospitals is an advantage.
• Basic technical knowledge of medical equipment, consumables, and spare parts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.
• Target-oriented with the ability to develop new business opportunities.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Good computer skills and ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell medical equipment to MOH and private hospitals.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Manage the sales of medical consumables and spare parts.
• Generate opportunities for maintenance and AMC contracts.
• Visit customers regularly and understand their technical and commercial requirements.
• Provide complete medical equipment solutions based on customer needs.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up until successful deal closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate with technical/service teams when required.
• Maintain regular sales pipeline and customer follow-up reports.
