Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls as needed.
• Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
• Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Schedule meetings and manage meeting room bookings.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding visitor appointments.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
• Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment when necessary.
• Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and courier services as assigned.
• Handle basic customer inquiries and direct complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure confidentiality of company information and visitor records.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Pay: KD350.000 - KD450.000 per hour
