ROKA is a collection of contemporary Japanese Robatayaki restaurants. First launched in 2004 in London, our collection has grown to include five venues in the Middle East in Dubai, Riyadh, Jeddah, Bahrain & Kuwait. Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure smooth execution of opening and closing procedures, providing guidance and support during shifts
  • Conduct daily briefings in support of the Restaurant Manager to share updates on procedures, team assignments and service goals
  • To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
  • Evaluate guest experiences, implement service improvements, and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality
  • Assist in planning and delivering structured training sessions to enhance team development and maintain high performance
