Female Administrative Assistant Needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, replying to emails, scheduling, and organizing documents.
  • Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas.
  • Assist in project management by tracking orders, deadlines and facilitating communication.
  • Handle research and reporting to management.
  • Internal communication and preparing reports.
  • Ensure compliance with policies.
  • HR file organization.
  • Maintain supplies and ensure the office runs smoothly.

Skills:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Must speak, read and write Arabic & English.
  • Must possess general computer skills and MS Office.
  • High-energy & friendly positive personality.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Communication skills are essential.
  • Willingness to become subject matter expert.
