Customer Tech Support Lead | Salmiya, Al-Salam Mall Monthly

Salary: KWD 1,050

Elephant Care is seeking a Customer Tech Support Lead to oversee our technical service operations at our Al-Salam Mall location. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving complex hardware and software issues, ensuring that every customer interaction maintains the highest standard of technical integrity. This role requires a leader who can manage high-volume support requests while implementing logical improvements to our service workflows.

We require at least 5 years of experience in IT support, with a strong background in managing customer-facing technical teams. You must be an expert in troubleshooting mobile devices, local network connectivity, and proprietary software suites. Because you will be communicating with a diverse client base and international management, a C2 level of English proficiency is mandatory. Additionally, you will be expected to use Loom to record visual "Issue Resolution Briefs" and logic walkthroughs, providing our leadership team with clear, transparent data on our technical support performance.
