We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle B2B calls with companies, schools, offices, and potential clients
  • Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules with clients, suppliers, and management
  • Draft official letters, memos, and emails in Arabic and English
  • Prepare professional presentations for meetings, proposals, and internal reports
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and following up with suppliers
  • Follow up on quotations, invoices, delivery dates, and pending requirements
  • Prepare meeting notes, reports, and document summaries
  • Maintain and organize company files, records, contracts, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on daily tasks
  • Support management with administrative work and important reminders

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Strong Arabic and English writing skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Professional attitude when dealing with clients, suppliers, and companies
  • Previous experience in administration, secretary work, B2B communication, or office coordination is preferred
