Position Summary:
The Senior Sales & Application Engineer is responsible for driving sustainable and profitable growth by delivering competitive technical solutions and building strong customer relationships across key industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, Water, and Tank Farms in Kuwait. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales execution to position Isolation Valve solutions as a trusted and differentiated choice, supporting both immediate business needs and long-term customer success.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Achieve or exceed annual business targets by developing and managing key customer accounts in Kuwait
• Support business unit objectives and growth initiatives aligned with regional strategies
• Identify opportunities for competitive displacement and strengthen positioning with key end users
• Deliver high-quality application engineering support, including accurate and timely quotations, technical proposals, and pricing support
• Develop and present technical content such as application studies, root cause analyses, and product differentiation materials
• Engage directly with customers through site visits, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM and internal collaboration tools
• Strengthen market presence through participation in industry events, seminars, and customer engagement activities
• Stay informed on product developments, market trends, and customer requirements
• Ensure adherence to compliance, ethics, and trade regulations in all business activities

For This Role, You Will Need:

• A bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in sales, application engineering, or technical support within valves, actuators, or related industrial solutions
• Understanding of industries such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, or Water
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a structured and timely manner
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working with customers or projects in Kuwait or the broader Middle East region
• Familiarity with isolation valve products and their applications
• Exposure to solution selling and technical value-based positioning
• Experience collaborating across multiple business units or global teams
Ability to develop technical presentations and influence decision-making through insights
