Job Description

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement, with the ability to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance and prepare analytics reports.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce creative content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

Pay: KD800.000 per month

Work Location: In person
