The HR Assistant supports efficient daily HR operations, accurate employee data management, and a positive employee experience. Success in this role means ensuring timely HR support, reliable reporting, and smooth coordination across key HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily HR operations and employee services.
  • Assisting with recruitment, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintaining employee files, HR documents, and accurate records.
  • Monitoring attendance, leave, and employee-related transactions.
  • Updating employee data in HR systems and preparing reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Supporting training, performance management, and other HR initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources or HR administration.
  • Good understanding of core HR functions, processes, and employee documentation.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Excel, data entry, and HR reporting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time-management, and multitasking skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Good command of Arabic and English.
