Job Summary:
The Trade Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing trade marketing activities to increase brand visibility, drive sales, and strengthen relationships with retailers and distributors. The role involves planning promotions, coordinating in-store branding, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective execution of marketing campaigns across retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with retail stores, distributors, and suppliers to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor product visibility, merchandising standards, and promotional displays.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal marketing campaigns.
  • Manage point-of-sale materials and marketing collateral distribution.
  • Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Prepare reports on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and provide market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, Sales, or Retail Operations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
