Job Title: Regulatory Registration Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Regulatory Registration Coordinator will support regulatory registrations, approvals, and ongoing compliance activities for medical devices, drugs, and related products in coordination with government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Register agencies and products with the Ministry of Commerce (MOC).

Obtain and maintain approvals from MOH, Drug Control, and Central Medical Store.

Prepare, submit, and maintain regulatory documentation and files.

Manage renewals, licenses, registrations, and marketing authorizations.

Interpret regulatory guidelines and communicate requirements to suppliers.

Draft clear and professional regulatory correspondence.

Respond to regulatory authority queries within assigned timelines.

Support regulatory audits and due diligence activities.

Stay updated on regulatory legislation and guidelines.

Conduct field follow-ups and submission of invoices and documents (20%).

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, registration, or a related field.
