Klinik Medical Center is currently seeking a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless system integrations, and providing essential technical support to our medical and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the Insta Hospital Management System.
• Oversee and support Focus Accounting software operations and integrations.
• Ensure seamless system integration across various hospital platforms and departments.
• Manage network infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, security, and maintenance.
• Perform regular hardware maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for all office and medical IT equipment.
• Provide prompt technical support and IT helpdesk services to staff.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience working as an IT Specialist, preferably within a healthcare or medical environment.
• Hands-on experience with the Insta Hospital System is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge and working experience with Focus Accounting software.
• Solid understanding of system integration, API connections, and data flow.
• Strong networking skills (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls).
• Expertise in hardware maintenance (PCs, servers, printers, and peripheral devices).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
