Job purpose

§ Record, process, reconcile payments and expenditure, PO, invoices, statements, etc... in compliance with accounting policies and procedures

§ To ensure timely & accurate recording of financial data in line with company accounting policies and procedures.

Job responsibilities

§ Person in this position should be responsible for cash disbursement

§ Will be responsible for cheque disbursement

§ Monitor and track Cash Flow Statements in timely manner

§ Is responsible for safe keeping of cheques, cash, etc.

§ Perform bank reconciliation of Ajial

§ Prepare cheques for Ajial when required

Experience, qualifications and skills

§ Graduate of 4-5 years, Bachelor degree in accounting

§ Minimum of 2-year experience in same field.

§ Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and Accounting Software related.

§ Flexible, detailed oriented and results driven.

Pay: KD400.000 - KD500.000 per hour
