I am quite happy with the Accor board.

The Accor hotel is always negative accopancy.If we work hard then the management will pay more money for us.This is good thing for us and If we are able to work more hours.When start to work with the Accor hotel board, I found many opportunities to learn.I have nothing against to leave from Accor hotel.

If got a opportunities at the Accor hotel difference country then I am quite enterested to work agian.

Lots to learn with great growth in time.
Management needs to improve and in a timely manner as well.
Hardest part of the job is coping up with multiple tasks at the same time or day.

according to me this is a best company one can work as if you want to be multi talented.

A typical day at work was when their were less orders.
I learned a lot many things with accor group.
Management is good everyone at least has 1-12 years of experience.
Co- workers are very cooperative and their is no communication barrier.
Till now i didn't find anything hard.
The most enjoyable part of the job is when their are a lot many orders and restaurant is all sold out.

-Doing complete night audit with policy and procedures
-Understands guests business needs to provide the best service.
-Handling the Front Office ( Reception and Cashiering)
-Provide accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds Guest expectation.
-Dealing with all Guests inquiries accurately and resolve guests complaints and problems.
-Doing Daily Sales Report (DSR)


the hardest part & the most enjoyable part of the job is the solve the problem of the guest.
