This is one of the dangerous company. No professionalism. very bad working standards, unethical & no human values. I have suffered a lot because of petty politics from junior and senior level employees. Cut down salaries so often, and deductions.
Al Mulla Group is a very diverse business. It has the dealership for some of the best known vehicles in the automotive industry, including Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Acura, Jeep, Dodge, to name a few. It is also active in manufacturing, engineering, financial services, and trading. It can add ample experience in numerous domains of business.
Very stable, high retention, positive culture
Conservative, lack of community activities
Responsible for Accounts Payables & Receivables, Payroll & Leave salary, Indemnity, Overtime, Making Journal Entries for income, expenses, payment, accruals & prepaid, provisions, Bank Reconciliation, Reconciliation with supplier & Customer, Sales Invoice Preparation, Handling Petty Cash & Staff Advances.
At Al Mulla Group, management believed in job rotation so that there is no monotony and every staff knows how to perform various roles in case of covering up for an absent colleague. This not only benefits the company but also imparts immense knowledge to each staff member thereby giving them a better understanding of how that particular department operates. When I first started working with Al Mulla, I started handling accounts payable and when a colleague went on maternity leave, I was asked to handle her job of preparing Directors current accounts. Such new challenges keep the staff on the go and motivated thus giving them a vast exposure to various duties within the department.
Supporting managers with a variety of learning and focus on personal and professional development. A lot of effort is put by the HR team in development of the skills of the employees. Good perks.
