Toxic and negative environment to work especially in the last 1 year

Every day is a busy day at work and tiering. Part from performing my role , i had to support others and at same time manage other tasks.i learned to work on my own and take decisions on my own and also work independently and also learned new skills like managing people and got to know learn how other departments function. The working environment was very toxic - staff were not treated well, not valued and not paid their overtime on time and were put under lot of pressure and were harassed .The hardest part was coping up he stress and pressure of the job.The most enjoyable part was to be able to work for Mercedes brand and people who i had previously worked with in the old dealership.

Being part of the Mercedes brand and fellow old collogues

Overtime not paid on time, staff ill treated and not valued

This is one of the dangerous company. No professionalism. very bad working standards, unethical & no human values. I have suffered a lot because of petty politics from junior and senior level employees. Cut down salaries so often, and deductions.

Strong collaboration and focus on results

Al Mulla Group is a very diverse business. It has the dealership for some of the best known vehicles in the automotive industry, including Mercedes-Benz, Mitsubishi, Acura, Jeep, Dodge, to name a few. It is also active in manufacturing, engineering, financial services, and trading. It can add ample experience in numerous domains of business.
