Al Mulla group has multiple business in GCC and in India, group has 15 thousand employees, in this group there has been nevertheless problems of residency transfer/renewal, salaries transfer, employees leave, end of service benefits etc.

At Al Mulla Group, management believed in job rotation so that there is no monotony and every staff knows how to perform various roles in case of covering up for an absent colleague. This not only benefits the company but also imparts immense knowledge to each staff member thereby giving them a better understanding of how that particular department operates. When I first started working with Al Mulla, I started handling accounts payable and when a colleague went on maternity leave, I was asked to handle her job of preparing Directors current accounts. Such new challenges keep the staff on the go and motivated thus giving them a vast exposure to various duties within the department.
