management where rude and didnt want to know if something happend, understaffed rushed off feet, problems all over, the shop was a mess, hygiene problems, staff didnt get on, nasty vibes, management backstab and swaps shifts left right and centre, none of the guidlines are followed, they have favourites if they didnt like you they you would know.... foul place to work!!!

under staffed overworked spoken to like dirt by managers unless your favourites work nearly every weekend no family time expected to do tills stock cleaning toilets cafe forecourt bins

had the time of my life working for bp it was more like a family team as apposed to a job, everyone spent time working together as a pair so you got to know everyone really well the managers didn't see themselves as the big boss and mucked in as well when it was busy

Every day is different however our main responsibility is delivering good customer service to our customers. Duties could also include working in the Wild Bean Cafe section of the store dealing with food and drinks. Another part is working on the shop floor making sure the store looks good to every customer that comes in. i have learnt more about customer service and how to remain professional no matter what the customer is like. the management are good very understanding of the employees needs and what they can do to keep them happy.
