As I worked nights the management were not on site so I led the team. Plenty of work to do as it was a newly opened service area on a major intersection. The pay is minimum wage regardless of whether your leading the team or just a team member. Most of the customers are regular visitors but in your first few weeks you have a fair amount of training to do which does involve working on the computer at home. Various shifts are available though benefits are low. Good variation of work available.
Great company to join with brilliant prospects of progression up to Retail Manager. After that there's not really much space for progression. High pressure job but with good life work balance if done correctly.
good life/work balance
once you're a store manager there's no space for promotion
This is a good company to work for. I work night shifts so from 10pm until 6am. My job role is to complete various tasks in a safe environment while serving customers. Some tasking involved are sales and waste, bakery, working the shop floor, authorising fuel and serving customers.
