Lots of folks spending time drinking coffee in the lobby, taking long lunches, or working out in the fitness center. Too many under-utilized engineering resources.This seems to foster a culture that rewards creating work or making up things to do, to justify job positions. Busy work was unpleasant to a thinking mind.
