Good environment, stressful at times, great benefits
Technical Support Specialist (Former Employee) –  Naperville, ILAugust 1, 2018
Very productive environment and very laid back for a call center. My level of support was very technical. Customers were easy going for the most part. The benefits were great but the shift availability was harsh since we were a 24hr/365year help desk.
