Working at CGI provides the job security. Growth becomes very stagnant. Benefits are bad and doesn't pay for any training annually. This makes the technical skills stagnant. This is for the people who look for stability and flexibility. But after a while environment makes it hard for self motivation and skills improvement.
flexible work environment
No support for trainings

Everyone plays part of the team and all ideas are equally important
I can't think of any at the present time.
Able to work from home when needed. Many opportunities for advancement. Lots of training available to you. You can bank comp-time up to 40 hours for leave. However, this accrued after you work hours over. Also get up to 8 hours flex time which you must the week after you work it or it's gone. Profit-sharing at the end of the fiscal = Christmas bonus. Flex Spending account for health care spending AND Dependent Care
