Great Company
Would highly recommend Deliveroo. They do care about their employees and are constantly thinking of company benefits. More rewarding than most jobs I have been in.

My time at deliveroo was decent even though it was demanding physically, I managed to overcome that and get the job done. The job had flexible hours which was very beneficial at that time.

Customer service/ driver
It’s very face pace, you’ll have to get to the restaurant on good time and to the customer in good time otherwise they will start to complain that the food is cold.
Other than that you get some good customers that give you good tips for your journey to them and for your hard work

Good
Flexible working, salary is ok for a side job but not enough to cover living costs. I collect orders from restaurants and deliver to customers around London.

Fun interactive and freedom
It was a good job for me because i felt as if i had the freedom to enjoy my social life as well as earn a living at the same time. The app was very simple and easy to understand and if anything was to go wrong during work the deliveroo service was on point and phoned asap to check up on you. Also great how you can earn incentives during times like when its raining the amount per hour will rise in certain locations.

Productive workplace
super competition and really stressful sometimes because you get insane targets youre supposed to meet... a day would go coming in and seeing to any emails which have reached target for SLA... which will need to be responded to. Then there is juggling phone calls and live chat with customers too.

With deliveroo, the main problems are adverse weather conditions and sometimes long distance journeys
Deliveroo is relatively a good company to work by topping your earnings and work as to where, when and how you want it.

Horrible
The management from the top to the site managers are weak and communication was very poor and they don't want to pay the same wage for new starters as of late, so they cut your hours without warning and just started sacking people from all departments.

friendly fun workplace
A very diverse workplace where you can apply your experience, skills and knowledge to solve tangible business issues. It could benefit from improving middle managers recruitment criteria.

meh
This job gives workers an average satisfaction. The typical day depends on what your job title is. Management looks after its staff. Your job role may be risky.

Average experience
A typical day at work involved one-off deliveries of food which paid individually instead of the classic per-hour wage.
I learned good time management.

There was no workplace culture, but instead a solitary existence of picking up food and delivering it monotonously.

The hardest part was finding hidden addresses.
Pros
flexible hours
Cons
no option for an hourly wage

Good working ethic
Working as a deliveroo driver is very flexible' working at your own time and when ever you want to work.
And it's very educating and gives you much awareness in dealing with the general public and good customer services
Pros
Work at your own pace
Cons
Maximum of 55 hours a week

Do NOT work here if you want a long lasting career
The sales management team are awful, they clearly have no idea how to run a sales team. The internal politics are something to be marvelled at. They will unfairly dismiss you at a moments notice, something that seems to be rife in the customer accounts team.
The average tenure is a year and a half at best and for a reason. Management don’t care about lower staff you get paid rubbish money and are expected to give your all.

Do yourself a favour and go over to just eats instead where they develop the staff.
Pros
Food on a Friday
Cons
Everything

cliquey
They don't take complaints about microaggressions in the office seriously, placing their POC employees at risk. Also, there is no consideration for their employees in various other factors such as having work socials which are not inclusive.

Easy money and flexible
Very flexible work shifts and pay structure was every 2 weeks which meant money was quick. I enjoyed riding a bicycle around London and the sense of self-employment as i was able to work on my own accord.
