Kering as an organizational is great
Merchandiser (Former Employee) –  New York, NYApril 12, 2019
Kering eyewear has horrible management they are not supportive and don’t care about their employees. Management needs to be revamped from the top. Most staff is great to work we. As with most companies just a few bad apples in important roles.
Pros
Discounts, vacation days, benefits
Cons
Bad management, no support, no team culture.

Working with Kering was pretty neat, however it was a requirement for school. It was a bit difficult, as is all group work, but overall a positive experience.

Executive Sales Associate (Former Employee) –  SingaporeAugust 13, 2018
Work hours are fair and adhere to manpower guidelines.
I learned the art of selling products and tapping on the consumers consciousness to uncover their interests, moods and goals when purchasing a product.
Management could have been better, proper guidance and leadership.
Educating the consumer of the brand, management failed to allocate a budget for advertising efforts.
Meeting new customers each day.
Pros
Trend-setting job, fashionable and fun.

Long hours

Environnement de travail et management désagréable
Project Manager (Former Employee) –  Paris (75)April 16, 2018
Cons
environnement et management défavorable, pas de cantine

Typical day of working territory to build account base, work closely with other Brand Ambassadors in territory to build Kering Eyewear brands.
Management is at a minimum, so they trust you are building and expanding territories. This being good and challenging at the same time.

Expenses paid by the company

Badly managed, directionless, bad practices.
Telecommunications Business Analyst (Consultant) (Former Employee) –  Secaucus, NJFebruary 4, 2018
The US IT division was run by management that had no idea what they were doing. The management had a great vocabulary of Buzz words and catch phrases, but looked to all the consultants to tell them how to get their job done. When a consultant explained that a process was not working or was being executed incorrectly, that consultant was usually told in very unprofessional terms that you didn't know what you were doing if this did not align with the thought process of the management. Meanwhile, if something did get fixed, that same management was quick to take credit for your work as "I finally found a consultant that can do what I instruct them to do". Extremely unprofessional work environment. Constant turnover ... Then Kering outsourced everything to Tata and still needed other consulting companied to tell them how to run things.
Pros
not much.
Cons
Unprofessional work environment, bad management, horrible corporate culture.

Sr. Dedicated Store Support Analyst (Former Employee) –  Secaucus, NJDecember 19, 2017
Its run under TCS, once you sign their non-compete clause, you give your life away. When you leave or finish the contract, its very diffuclt to find another position that is not run under TCS, becareful.

3.Position:Jewelry Sales Assistant (Former Employee) –  DubaiAugust 23, 2017
My first big career prospect happened in the second half year of 2011 before which I finished two internships at two hotels within 16 months in China. Though the favorable improvements I made in a famous five-star hotel were obvious, my decision to seek for an opportunity of development in a top of the league of hospitality such as The Grosvenor House in Dubai seemed to be unrealistic. However with the desire of learning top-level professional quality of hospitality management and a global profile in my breast, I whole heartedly devoted to months preparation and finally stood out from the fierce competition. In the second year I was joined to Kerring Group as a Jewelry Sales Assistant in Dubai.

Un groupe en pleine croissance, tout en restant proche de ses collaborateurs
Identity and Access Management Expert (Current Employee) –  Paris (75)July 25, 2017
Etre acteur de la croissance du groupe Kering est une vraie motivation. C'est un groupe en pleine croissance et (re)structuration, qui sait à la fois s'appuyer sur l'héritage des ses maisons et apporter un souffle d'innovation.
