Worked here for 4 years with promise that I would receive a security clearance if I kept working on the government work. Never happened, and got laid off at economic downturn in 2009.

El ambiente laboral con los compañeros es bueno, pero con la supervisión no tanto. Y aparte no hay herramientas de trabajo suficientes para desempeñar todas las labores a tiempo, están limitados.

Get plenty ot hours,good breaks and a decent pharmaceutical warehouse but working in a cold environment everyday 5 or 6 days a week can take a toll on your body.

K&N is a 3PL that's mirrors the ways of the current customer. There is no time for standard training, everything is learning on the fly. There is no HR on site and the support is often out of reach.

Mission intérim. Accueil à l'arrache, pas de véritable formation ni de processus d'intégration, des chefs visiblement emmerdés d'avoir à former de nouveaux arrivants, lâché sur le terrain sans consignes. Je devais y travailler comme cariste, j'ai balayé et agrafé des cartons...
Pas de badge fourni, obligé de compter sur la présence d'autres collègues pour pouvoir aller prendre ma pause ou en revenir. Du très gros n'importe quoi. Pas de vestiaire disponible. 1er arrivé 1er servi.

A ajouter à la liste, la dangerosité sur le site ou les engins ont priorité sur les piétons (et oui messieurs dames c'est possible !) et déboulent de partout sans se soucier de votre présence. Îlots de travail pire que bordéliques. Non vraiment, un must dans l'art de se moquer des travailleurs.

Management team is hobbile. Communication skills are hobbile. Make up new rules daily. Always changing work schedules. Not a clean warehouse. Restrooms, breakroom are always dirty. Need security on car patrol in the parking lots daily. Management needs to walk the warehouse more each day and watch employees.

Stället hade kunnat vara så mycket bättre om det hade en bättre ledning..

Så mycket rövslickeri och skvallrande till chefen för kunna avancera från golvet och uppåt.. Nuvarande site manager som kom helt oerfaren från Toyota är så konflikträdd att det inte finns och ser även mellan fingrarna vad det gäller droger.. Han har både hittat receptbelagd medicin på golvet utan att ens undersöka vem det är eller tagit upp det på något möte eller fixat så det blivit drogtester.. Även har han när han blivit informerad om att nuvarande skiftledare brukat droger på jobb när han jobbade som vanlig lagerarbetare sagt åt honom att jag skiter i vad du gör på fritiden men gör inte under arbetstid.. Sen var den saken ur välden.. Så drogliberal och problem med sitt temprament, han har slagit ihjäl några kartonger med järnrör mitt ibland medarbetare.. Men det är väl helt normalt 🤷‍♂️

Sen kan nämnas att om någon kritiserar eller säger emot honom riskerar de att bli förflyttade till en annan avdelning eller så byter han skift på de så de skall vantrivas..

Nu har han två knähundar (skiftledare) under sig som springer och gör hans smutsjobb, så nu kan nog kartongerna känna sig säkra..

Men dessa skiftledare har fått mycket luft under vingarna, kanske beror på alla energidrycker de tagit ur handen på lagerarbetarna när de brutit mot den hemska regeln om dricka på lagret..


Så defenitivt inget jobb jag hade rekommenderat till någon förrän ledningen är utbytt.

Horrible working culture, manager is indecisive- don't have a managerial strength to handle such a big and growing account. Team of people in the office is basically like being back to high school. While in the office, other nationals are speaking in their own language which contributes to hostile environment, and is completely unacceptable in any other company. They keep staff on endless temporary contract for agency, so basically you are working the same workload as your colleagues on contract just for 10k less! Do yourself a favour and take any other job, lots of talk about teamwork and great place to work but this is far from any thriving or pleasant place to work.

Je déconseille fortement cette entreprise pour ceux qui souhaitent réaliser leur alternance.
Vous êtes mal payés (900€ en M1 : j'étais la moins payée de ma classe), mal considérés, vos heures ne sont même pas comptabilisées (vous ne badgez pas), vous n'avez aucun suivi d'alternance, vous faite le sale boulot, vous n'êtes même pas formés...

Pour l'entreprise : peu d'avantages CE, pas de cantine...

J'ai pour ma part eu une très mauvaise experience avec cet employeur, j'ai réalisé les mêmes tâches pendant un an sans apprendre de nouvelles choses (ces tâches étaient clairement ce que les autres ne souhaitaient pas faire). Bien-sûr, ces tâches n'étaient clairement pas d'un niveau Master (remplir des fichier excel...)

C'est bien ma pire experience professionnelle, j'ai clairement rien appris malgré ma motivation et mes nombreuses demandes auprès de mon "tuteur/manager".

Heureusement que mes années suivantes se sont bien déroulées, et que tous les employeurs ne considèrent pas les alternants comme des larbins.

J’étais surpris de la simplicité de l’équipe et des responsables, toujours souriant et disponible pour aider les employés. Je pense que dans toutes les entreprises, il y a le côté fort et le côté faible mais ce que j’avais remarqué et qui m’avait beaucoup manqué, c’est le respect et l’humanité des responsables.

17 years ago i was of the opinion i could retire at Kuehne + Nagel that was not to be and it was a sad day when we was made Redundant on the first day after TUPE over to DSV,
But the vision of Kuehne + and Nagel is second to none and i defiantly recommend it,

I was employed through agency, management and staff were so friendly and helpful, I left due to factory re locating. K and n offered me a job at the new location but sadly was to far for me to travel.

A typical day is based around supporting our customer to maintain production levels to the highest standard. We have a fast moving environment. Some of the tools we use could be newer, but most of a good standard. The hardest part of the job is balancing the demands of the customer across a busy site.
Each day is a busy day therefore they fly by.

It is very enjoyable to see people progressing through the many opportunities across the company.
