Here is a list of a few reasons I chose to leave the company:
-Disorganization

-Unresponsive management/never responding to emails regardless of how important

- Lack of training despite expectations for me to complete tasks as if I were trained

- Inconsistent communication coming from different members of management

- Complete disregard from HR for my request for reasonable accommodation related to my documented chronic illness

- Constant loss of coworkers who were not replaced, instead their tasks were just thrust upon myself and the remainder of my coworkers(Office Manager, Data Analyst, & Admin)

- Management throwing me under the bus for things I was not involved in and acting as though I had not completed tasks that I had completed, sent, and documented

- General hostility/disrespect from not only management but HR

- Fear that even if I stayed I would not have a job in a year due to the financial situation of this branch and the direction it seems to be heading

- Being made responsible for tasks not relevant to the job I was hired for and tasks that should not have been completed by someone in my position

The company has potential but it needs a whole new management team. Their is absolutely no accountability being held good or bad and it doesn’t matter how great you are at your job there is no reward and they do not give raises without promotion. I worked for this company for over a year and it is by far the worst place I’ve ever worked. And I can’t forget the drama, so much drama!

This facility could use a good overhaul. Management needs replaced from the top down, zero respect for employees. They act it to your face and when someone big is in town to show off. Minute no one around, talking down to you, bad to you. And HR manager is a joke. Most toxic person who does nothing but disrespect subordinates and kiss upper management butts. Surprised their contract is still in place.

Very unprofessional place with inexperienced rude management, the hours are okay, pay is very under rated for the area . They do not appreciate their employees at all and the place is a revolving door with employees quitting

* No Work/Life Balance, major overtime


* Little to no training, especially for forklift drivers


* Freezing environment year round


* Mosquitoes except in winter months


* Parking was very limited

The management team is full of inexperience people that are racially biased and unappreciative. They tend to appreciative eye-serviced employees than the real hardworking and honest employees

Examines incoming shipments for damage or shortages and corresponds with supervisor to rectify;
completes paperwork or forms required for documentation

 Prepares materials for shipping by pulling and staging; prepares necessary shipping forms such as packing

lists and/or bills of lading.

 Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies,to move stock

or reorganize storage.

 Participates in routing, counting and inspecting items while loading and unloading trucks; delivers and

returns items; responsible for proper weight distribution in trailers when loading.

Understaffed at the associate level, poor communication between leadership, top heavy on managers, no alignment from shift to shift.

If you want a job where you always have overtime this is the job for you. Constantly changing schedules so don’t plan anything. If you want to be trained properly good luck no one has any clue on what they’re doing themselves. You can get promotions pretty easily but most people shouldn’t have gotten them. I enjoy the people I work with and the pay and that’s about it

No work life balance. Poor upper management. HR doesn't have a clue. I wouldn't recommend this job to anyone. Horrible place. Good money if you can deal with it.

They work people to exhaustion, then wonder why people are having accidents and walking out daily. 10 hours every day of the week leaves no time for your family.

This company is a start up company so they are still trying to hire a good team and figure out what works. The problem is management do not have the proper cultural and ethical background to work with a diverse group of people. This causes problems because they talk to people like they are unintelligent. Mandatory or is called at the punch clock and there’s no debate. Third shift is treated poorly and blamed for everything that can go wrong! Good opportunities to forge new friendships
