Many good people work there, and there is a culture of doing whatever it takes to accomplish the mission! Excellence is recognized and celebrated.
I have had the worst experience with this company. The management is very poor and doesn't care about employee's, the pay is poor for the work being done, too much favoritism in the work place, no air conditioning and the heat only heats part of the Warehouse, if you have an issue and go to the supervisor nothing is done, if you go to the manager nothing is done and the supervisor gets upset. Numerous calls to HR do not help either, they don't show up...
Short breaks, negative attitude's and very cruel/poor management, no air conditioning, no heat
This was by far the worst place that i have worked for. Kuehne-Nagel as a whole is a good company. The Performance Health building is horrible. i was a Supervisor for three years and never received a raise. Worked most Saturdays with no extra pay. The upper management is lacking Professionalism. Hr is a joke i would never recommend anyone to work there
I had no issues with anyone there. I only left because a foot injury made it very difficult to work in a warehouse setting. There were never any major issues. Production rates were always met. For being such a new building operations seemed to run smoothly.
They have 25% turnover per month! The site manager's solution to everything is to throw more people at it. The place is incredibly inefficient. The leadership team is all about throwing people under the bus. The management really doesn't run the place, the customer does. They make all the decisions and expect the K+N people to carry it out and when it fails to take the blame. Toxic work environment. A few good people who make you want to make it better but no real support to do so.
The management competes for who can be the pushiest and roughest. This often breaks down into bullying behavior.
The K-N name is a good one and the reputation is very good. The leadership proves they see people as disposable commodities.
No a bad place to work if you like to work long hours the whole week. Which is one of the reasons I left after a year. Family means everything to me, but working 7 days a week, that gets pretty annoying after awhile. Room for advancement was not happening.
Always something to learn, hands on was the best way. Management team was great, wanted to be there longer but it was only temporary. The people I worked with were team players, if one man was behind there was always someone there to lend a hand.
It nice working for that company, great working environment, nice coworkers, and convenient, If it wasn't the fact that the company was slow after the holidays I would probably still be working for that company.
They boss will go and tell the other co workers alot of stuff what she wants to say but she tells the person one of the coworkers said it so she doesnt look like the bad person.
She doesnt manage the warehouse correctly. you do alot of work over and over bc she doesnt like to listen.
