- Nula calidad de vida
- Kpi lejos de la realidad
- Viste algún reality? (Solo puedes conversar en los baños)
- Crecimiento rápido (como toda empresa piramidal), no te ofrecen capacitaciones certificadas (fuera de la empresa) o estudios de perfeccionamiento lo que implica líderes enfocados en facturar y decirte día a día que debes “pagarte”
- Horarios típicos 9-20hrs, ojalá horario de colación frente al Pc
- Al momento de la salida de algún colega, se habla mal de él (Michael Page nunca pierde)
- Cuestinamiento constante de tu profesionalismo ante todos, por lo que te hace ser inseguro
- Medida de “mejora de ambiente laboral”, carretes de fin de mes donde las gerencias te hacen beber ( fiesta desenfrenada)
- Sueldo líquido real, camuflado con gratufaciones
- Si eres de clase media o clase baja, esta no es tu empresa, la discriminacion está por todas partes
- No hay valores dentro de la compañía (evitar hablar de alguna persona ya sea cliente, compañero o entrevistado), prepotencia y competitividad

Michael Page es una empresa multinacional que tiene gran relevancia y magnitud en el mercado. Por lo tanto ofrece oportunidades de viajar, crecer rápido y conectarte con otros países. Sin embargo el ambiente en Chile deja bastante que desear, constantemente te hablan de lo increíble que es la empresa (lavado de cerebro), NO se preocupan del ambiente laboral, los rumores de pasillo son la prioridad, te dicen con quien DEBES juntarte.
Los horarios son de 09:00am a 07:00pm (de lunes a viernes) con un supuesto Articulo°22 que jamas respetan, controlando vía WSP, incluso, las visitas al medico.
Se ofrecen soluciones para "mejorar" a los lideres, pero estas son malas practicas ya comunes en la empresa, practicas de abuso, hostigamiento son minimizadas ante jefaturas, provocando la sensación de no saber donde acudir, y bueno, finalmente ponen mucha mas atención en el "carrete" de cada mes.

El ambiente de trabajo en Michael Page Chile es hostil. Si bien se motiva a las personas otorgándole la posibilidad de un rápido crecimiento, estas, en su mayoría, al llegar a ser lideres, no cuentan con las habilidades necesarias para tener gente a cargo, lo que lleva, por ende, a la alta rotación que tienen.
Es común que menosprecien tu trabajo en presencia de otras personas, a través de sarcasmos o incluso gritos. También que te se "sugieren" con que personas puedes hablar, y con cuales no. Controlando no solo el tiempo dentro del trabajo, sino que también la vida privada.

Buona palestra, se intesa come primo impiego, trasmette procedure, capacità di organizzazione e di definizione delle priorità. Curva di crescita molto veloce nel primo periodo poi appiattisce completamente. A Starci troppo a lungo si corre il rischio di essere trascinati completamente fuori mercato soprattutto se si considerano le poche competenze hard che L‘azienda permette di maturare rivendibili esternamente.
In alcune sedi Il problema principale è legato ad alcuni manager o pseudo tali fatti crescere molto velocemente senza reali competenze. Ambiente di lavoro molto arrivista anche se si tratta di pesciolini rossi travestiti da squali. Molta boria, poca sostanza.
Società completamente sbilanciata sul fatturato come primo driver di valutazione dei consulenti. Questo va a scapito della qualità delle selezioni portate avanti da figure junior e poco preparate o da senior che hanno focus sulle attività commerciali piuttosto che sulle attività di Recruitment. Pochi colloqui vis a vis , tanto smistamento di cv.

Michael Page is a great place to work. The hours are a bit long for those that haven't had to work hard before but pretty normal for those who have been serious about their career. "Normal Hours" are 8:00AM-6:00PM (Monday - Thursday)
8:00AM-5:00PM (Friday)

Every Monday our office gets breakfast provided and on Fridays we take the last hour to have a few beers or glasses of wine and chat with our colleagues (So really hours on Friday are like 8:00-4:00). And every quarter there is a QB (quarterly bash) where we take a half day and go have fun with some drinks on a boat or with some fun activities. It's a real "Work hard. Play hard" mentality.

The base pay is very competitive and it's not a draw. There is also excellent bonus potential every quarter (7%-12% of any billed revenue over $60k). And the medical benefits are great plus you get 20 PTO/Vacation days, 5 sick days, all bank holidays off (plus a 1/2 day the Friday before), and a shortened schedule during the Christmas season.

With that being said, it's no joke. It's a competitive, hard-working, stressful, relentlessly fast-paced environment. If you're new to sales (or working for that matter) it's going to really gear your mindset to be entrepreneurial but will also weed out those with a weak work-ethic fairly quickly. Goals are tough and getting there is a grind. It requires a lot of focus, persistence, and perseverance. There will be times when that week sucks and it's tough to get in there. And then there will be killer weeks in which you won't want to end. All-in-all, the time goes by quickly,

Mais à part ça, comme le relate un autre avis, nous sommes dans le médiocre et le grotesque d'une entreprise "anglo-saxonne" qui pressurise ses employés pour quelques € de plus.

Esta empresa no sabe gestionar los candidatos

... los consultor cambian cada seis meses
.... no contestan al teléfono
.... no contestan al email
.... están perdidos en un mundo muy lejo de las preocupaciones de las candidatos

.....
y te preguntan de rellenar hojas y de hacer una entrevista para actualizar tu perfil

..... pero todo este proceso no sirve para nada porque nunca y nadie te van a volver a llamar

I have been a casual applicant for 5 years and the excuse of not paying on time is loosing citizenship or identification or system breakdown of payroll portal.
This occurs every once or twice every 3 months, simply handling of time sheets very slow.
The meaning of busy is not competent to eradicate priority.
I have been casual with several recruiting agencies in Sydney, this is the worst job handlers to be known. Also there are fake reviews and it is definitly on this forum.
