Great Cultural Environment It is a fair organization for women and especially people of color. I found that the organization was open for new ideas. Therefore, presentation of those ideas had the possibility of being implemented to improve a business process.
The first step was a little difficult teaching. After a long time, with a lot of effort, I was able to deal with these problems and be a relatively active teacher in the community.
Work-life balance Work-life balance at Ministry of education UAE is Great! Stuff is great! Benefits great! People! Pay & benefits My pay and benefits at Ministry of education UAE are great/ live balance and pay is great! They help you to finish your education!
Nice training given on pedagogy, subject knowledge, contents, psychology of students and learning, different teaching aids used for teaching and learning, 5 working days a week, summer, winter, prong break, handsome salary, training given during Lockdown on distant learning, hybrid learning and other various certification.
Pros
Good
Cons
Patience
you get good salary as compared to the other private schools but not even half to what locals get. workload double as compared to local and more expectation. You can be thrown in any section. secondary teachers are made to teach grade 1, 2 or vice versa. even different subjects. Racism exists definitely not openly. the locals just cant digest that their worker class community country has teachers who are teaching their kids. Zero job security, you can get a mail at night stating you contract is terminated. you cant question as the contract says so and they make you sign papers if there is any complains..whether right or wrong.
but if you are lucky enough you can get the pay without much workload, if the principal is good you are in heaven then best place to have a good life. so 100 % risk. ur choice.
Pros
salary, training
Cons
workload, favoritism, restrictions.
No respect, no appreciation, a lot of workload, a lot of stress, bad students. In general it is a very bad work environment The management are dealing too bad with the staff
Cons
No respect, no appreciation, a lot of workload, a lot of stress, bad students
a good place for working, but it needs more salary, i think in the future it will be more better than now, it brings experts from all over the world in order to get a more progressive teaching.
Pros
good work.
Cons
it needs more salary.
Professional with knowledge in public administration of the training component of infrastructure projects, experience as a professor at universities, Teacher of Institutes of Higher Education and Educational Institutions and teacher-trainer of ICTs; proactive, dynamic, punctual, honest and responsible in the pursuit of excellence in service quality, with the capacity for teamwork and a desire for permanent improvement with easy adaptability to any work environment
Teaching there is so helpful for developing language and learning new skills with great new people in same facility under friendly , happy and helpful management
If you want good money then go for it.
However poor management, no one take responsibility for anything.
School admin very unorganized.
The company advises as Dubai, but you can be anywhere in the UAE
School children don’t want to learn, classroom management is a nightmare and no support will be given
Pros
Money
Cons
You are treated terribly
Low salary, especially when you are under agency. This pandemic is tough for us because we dont have salary from them and will surely end our contract .
A well planned day were all the school staff are aware of it and know their role in the day. being very organized and getting everyone involved are keys for successful event day. hardest part of the job is when a unplanned challenge pops up that need to be fixed quickly and this happens only when the efforts are joined together and the problem is sorted out.
Pros
No uniform
Cons
Long Hours
I work from Monday to Friday under a department BEC(Basic Secondary Education). There I work as an office assistant where I perform clerical duties like typing, sending mails, transferring files from one department to another. There I developed a good organization skills, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills. The hardest part of the job is the closing hour.
Pros
Dedication to duty with selflessness.
Cons
Coming late is highly prohibited
Very competitive environment, fun relaxing and bonding activities. Average monthly salary, low benefits. Working with children could be a challenge. Cooperative management.
A place with a vision to make English its second language. Each day starts at 8 am promptly and immediately the site is productive. The school is well managed and the lessons are 45 minutes long. Because of the language barrier collaborative learning was integral. It was an enjoyable and worthwhile experience
Busy but fun. Every day is a challenge. My colleagues and I work in tandem to produce the best results that we can for the administration of the school
Pros
Great team.
Cons
Long hours
high expectations, work is more ad-hoc, due to changes in education in UAE, a lot of projects and operation overhead. type of work is heavily operations rather than development.
Quality and professionalism are the focal point for an excellent education, where you want you to want to expand your growth possibilities. UAE can be an excellent option if you have the necessary resources and advice.
If your passion lies within the Education field then the Ministry of Education is definitely an ideal place to seek acquiring various skills at organising a student-centred classroom. However, I would encourage the creation of more opportunities to grow by allowing yourself to continue different positions withing the Ministry. It is quite difficult to get out of the teaching environment and potentially work in admin.
It is a fast-paced environment where you need a lot of patience but I wouldn't call it as stressful. It really develops your flexibility skills through the different platforms and approaches the Ministry often offers for a better delivery of the education services.
