Daily routine and preparation at workplace always needed. I fulfilled management tasks of opening and closing the facility, as well as overseeing a staff of many individuals. Throughout the day I completed various administrative duties as well, including checking expiry labels, assign weekly schedules of barista and check office emails, roving and visiting from outlet to outlet to provide necessary quality of standard company's policy rules and regulations. I also provided strong customer service and resolved customer issues.
Good management and ideas, a lot of trainings and motivational teaching about food handling.. it gives me a lot of food and bevarage knowledge in terms of proper handling like First in first out basis. Fine dining experience with quality services. Gathered so many collegues and making new friends.
