Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance & Demand Analysis: Evaluate historical sales data, promotional trends, and market demand to build accurate sales forecasts and support sales targets.
  • Procurement & Sourcing Strategy: Analyze vendor pricing, shipping schedules, and order frequencies to optimize purchasing decisions and negotiate cost-effective supplier contracts.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock turnover, track slow-moving inventory, and minimize carrying costs while preventing stockouts.
  • Margin & Pricing Analysis: Review product cost changes and sales prices to ensure target gross profit margins are maintained across product categories.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop and maintain operational reports, KPI dashboards, and variance reports for leadership.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to streamline reordering workflows and align purchasing schedules with planned sales campaigns.
  • Claims and vendor support: Work on brand campaigns and promotions with vendors and chase claims and repaid.
